Utter Joy!!!!
So there is something about snow that makes the winter doable. All of a sudden the trees without leaves; the hills without color; the ground stale and brown are made beautiful and clean and new. There is something about snow that reminds me that winter is indeed holy. That God offers something beautiful and something good in all seasons of life.

When the days go by so fast and everything seems like a whirlwind, God does do something to make you stop and observe...for me, that sign was with the snow. When I took my dog out last night and it was snowing, I paused for reflection at how beutiful the snow was falling and how illuminated the night was. It was really a magnificent sight.
Winter has such a feel of cleansing to it. It's a pure season....the white of the snow, the chill refreshing air, the sense of a new start. Indeed, it must be holy.
